椒聊[1]
椒聊之实，
蕃衍盈升。
彼其之子，
硕大无朋[2]。
椒聊且！
远条[3]且！
椒聊之实，
蕃衍盈匊[4]。
彼其之子，
硕大且笃。
椒聊且！
远条且！
串串花椒的种子，
繁多得超过一升。
那个人的儿子，
魁梧高大无人能比。
像一串串花椒啊！
香味悠远啊！
串串花椒的种子，
繁多得超过一捧。
那个妇人子孙多。
魁梧高大忠实敦厚。
像一串串花椒啊！
香味悠远啊！

[1] 椒聊：花椒的种子多成串。
[2] 无朋：无比。
[3] 远条：长远，悠远。
[4] 匊：两手合捧。

Is so luxuriant.
The woman there
Is large beyond compare.
O pepper plant, extend
Your shoots without end!

Its fruit will fill our hands.

Is large without a peer.

[1]The productive pepper plant referred to a reproductive or fertile woman. That is the rea son why a woman's bedroom was called pepper chamber in Chinese.
