竹枝词
（五首其二）
[元]倪瓒
湖边女儿红粉妆，
不学罗敷[1]春采桑。
学成飞燕春风舞，
嫁与燕山游冶郎[2]。
注释：
[1]罗敷：是汉代女子常用的名字，一般为美女的称呼，在《陌上桑》和《孔雀东南飞》中都出现了罗敷这个人物。
[2]游冶郎：指生活在繁华都市的风流少年。

Ni Zan
The rosy-dressed girls live by lakeside as they please;
In spring they will not gather leaves of mulberries.
They learn to dance like swallows in the vernal breeze;
To wed the gallant Northerners and live at ease.[1]

[1]A satire against the Southern girls trying to wed the rich Northern conquerors.
