玉华寒，
冰壶冻。
云间玉兔，
水面苍龙[1]。
酒一樽，
琴三弄[2]。
唤起凌波仙人[3]梦，
倚阑干满面天风。
楼台远近，
乾坤表里，
江汉西东[4]。
注释：
[1]玉华寒，冰壶冻。云间玉兔，水面苍龙：写月光照在垂虹桥上的景色。冰壶：比喻清冷的吴江。苍龙：比喻垂虹桥。
[2]三弄：三支曲子。
[3]凌波仙人：曹植《洛神赋》中说他曾于洛川水边梦见洛水女神，凌波微步而来。
[4]乾坤表里，江汉西东：形容江面境界的开阔。

Cold is the moon,
Pot frozen soon.
Jade hare amid the cloud,
On water dragon proud.
A pot of wine,
Three lute songs fine
Wake up the fairy queen from her sweet dream
To tread on the waves of the stream.
I lean on rails, my face by divine breeze caressed,
Bower and tower far and nigh,
Earth and sky low and high,
And rivers east and west.
