窄裁衫裉安排瘦，

淡扫蛾眉准备愁。

思君一度一登楼。

凝望久，

雁过楚天秋。

I cut tight coat and skirt for fear I should grow thin;

I lightly pencil my brows to hide my chagrin.

O When I long for you, I mount the tower high,

Stand long and gaze far and nigh,

But I see only wild geese crossing autumn sky.

If you want to eat fish, Why must you have bream as you wish? If you want to be wed, Why must you have Qi the nobly bred? If you want to eat fish, Why must you have carp as you wish? If you want to be wed, Why must you have Song the highly bred? [1]This showed that one might enjoy oneself and forget one's hunger, be satisfied with fish of smaller note and be happy with a wife though she were not of a noble family.
